Jerico Explorations Inc, a Canadian public company, operating in the US as Garden Petroleum Inc, aspires to be the best secondary and tertiary crude oil recovery company in America.

Garden focuses on increasing the production from mature reserves by increasing transparency in the industry.

Garden focuses on returning superior value to shareholders through the use of best technology, and the best crude oil recovery skill set, in the industry.

Garden is incorporating certain core principles into its Constitution. Those principles include:

• Garden has crafted a Code of Conduct which has been incorporated as a paramount component of the Constitution of the company.
• Garden has crafted an Ethical Charter which has been incorporated into the Constitution of the company.
• Garden shall at all times endeavour to incorporate ‘global best practice’ into all aspects of the operations of the company.
• Garden has committed to employ the greatest care in preserving the environment whilst maximizing royalties for local and regional governments.
• Garden has put itself under an obligation to train and employ the best people in the US oil industry.
• Garden has imposed on itself environmental obligations that will ensure the lenses between pockets of oil are not fractured in a way that will contaminate adjacent groundwater. Garden will do this by employing more and better analysis, fewer underground explosives, and greater reliance on pressurized fracturing (i.e., jetting) which is more time consuming but is much more sensitive to, and far less likely to contaminate the groundwater.
